These terms are issued by Bazaar World and are effective from November 1st, 2012. They cover the use of our website – www.bazaarworld.net

Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Please read these terms carefully - if you need to refer to them again they can be accessed from the link at the bottom of any page of our websites.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Bazaar World does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.Bazaar World reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Bazaar World makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.
 
2. Ordering Goods and Services from us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order
We do not supply trade quantities and reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

 

3. Refusing or Cancelling Orders
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

4. Payment Options
We currently accept the following credit cards:

Internet banking through your banks’ online facility.
 

Lay-by is available in store only. The following conditions apply:

  • Minimum 20% deposit
  • Minimum lay-by value $50.00 (can be made up of more than one item)
  • Monthly payments required (payments must be made to the store where the original lay-by deposit was recorded)
  • Cancellation Fee (we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value)
  • Total lay-by term is 3 months; however this term may be extended to 6 months for high value items at the Store Managers discretion

Pre-Ordering is available online only- and only on items in the Pre-Order Halloween or Xmas Categories (Not on the standard Halloween and Xmas Categories). The following conditions apply:

  • Minimum 20% deposit
  • Minimum pre-order value $50.00 (can be made up of more than one item)
  • Full payment must be made on Halloween orders before 2pm on Saturday October 21st 2017 and for Christmas orders before 2pm on Saturday 9th December 2017.
  • Cancellation Fee (we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value)

5. Pricing
All prices listed on www.bazaarworld.net are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing may differ.
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order.

6. 'Deals’
Where deals contain multiple items at a reduction of price for a specified quantity, the item that is lowest or equally priced will have the discount applied, whether that is FREE or at a discount.

7. Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.

For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.

8. Delivery and Delivery Charges
At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. For an outline of our delivery charges please contact us.
Please note that a signature is optional for receiving deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days.
We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
The delivery option is not available on the pre-order Halloween or Xmas items. These orders MUST be collected in store.

9. Restricted Products
Some products on our site might carry an age restriction, if a product you have selected is restricted a message will appear in the cart asking you to confirm you are an appropriate age to purchase the item(s). Confirming this means that you are of an eligible age to purchase the selected product(s). You are also agreeing that you are not purchasing the item on behalf of a person who is not the appropriate age.

10. Delivery Period
Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses or in some areas may take longer than the time indicated. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. If you have requested tracking for your order, you can follow it’s progress at https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

11. Returns
We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind. All goods returned must be in new re-saleable condition and have the original undamaged packaging.
Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange or a refund.

Please note: If you have purchased goods online and you want to return them in store, you must take a print-out of your Order Confirmation Email into the store. You will receive a refund for the product but not the delivery fee.

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us on 09 431 3062 Tuesday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm to arrange this. Make sure you have your order details handy.

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as we will require photographic evidence for our courier company.
Please contact us 09 431 3062 Tuesday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Gift cards cannot be returned because the gift card value is activated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

12. Accessing Our Service
Other than connecting to Bazaar World website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Bazaar World website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on Bazaar World websites. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.

13. Disclaimer
Our websites are intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.
While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Bazaar World does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site.
